1. Blogger designs only.

2. When your blog design is installed, my button is placed at the bottom of your page. The button must remain on your blog as long as the design is installed. You may move the button to your sidebar, but it may not be deleted.

3. Once I receive your deposit, I will send you a form to complete. Then I will start working. Please note that I teach part time and am a mom, so my designs and installation can take like 3 or 4 days.

4. All communication is through e-mail. It is very important for you to check your e-mail frequently during the design process. Please reply within 24 hours so that your design can be completed in a timely manner.

5. All payments are to be made through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use a credit card to pay through Paypal. I will contact you as soon as possible with additional information/questions and the total cost of your design. At that point, I will send a $30 deposit invoice for Blogger through PayPal to hold the next available design slot. As a result of holding a design slot, the deposit is non-refundable. If the design requested is less than $30, a full payment will be required. Once I begin your design, no refund is available. When you submit your payment, you are agreeing to these terms. I will send you a Paypal invoice for your custom design once you get to the top of the "Next Up" waiting list.

6. Clipart from other sellers is not included in the cost of the design. Any graphics purchased are an additional cost to your design.

7. Wait times will depend on the volume of clients I have at the time you make your order. Usually I should be able to start on your custom design within a  week, but it may take longer depending on the orders I have at the time. Feel free to inquire about the current wait time in your order form and I'll let you know!

8. I am happy to make revisions during the design process. Once your blog is installed, only minor revisions will be made. Major design changes after installation will incur an additional design fee.

9. For premade designs: I make the installation and any changes to the original design will incur an additional design fee.

10. If you get a custom design by me, your header or page screenshot could be added to my portfolio linking to your blog (so that people can see examples my work.) If you don't want me to link to your blog please let me know.

You may not: Alter the design (change background, alter header, etc.), change fonts, add design elements, share design elements, or remove design credit.
